How long will my order take to make?
All handmade jewellery from the collection takes from 3-8 weeks to be made, packaged and sent. The time taken depends on the complexity of the piece. Each design has time frames noted in the description. If there is a piece you would like for a particular occasion, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you as best we can.
How do i find out my ring size?
The most accurate option is to have your finger sized in person by a professional local jeweller. Alternatively, to check your finger size at home, you may order a ring sizer to confirm your size at home before order is placed. All orders are accepted in Au ring sizes.
What if i have ordered an incorrect size?
If a ring is ordered in the incorrect size, we do offer a resizing service at an additional fee. Sizing is quoted on a case-by-case basis due to fluctuating gold prices and finger size.
Can my purchase be sent directly to the recipient as a gift?
Yes, please add a note to your purchase if you would like us to add a personal message. Plus, no invoice will be included in the parcel.

Every L.A Finery piece is made to order with 100% refined and recycled Australian metals. We use eco-friendly jewellery boxing and proudly support Heaps Good packaging products for postage
How do I best care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful always, we recommend all jewellery is removed before sleep, gym, swim and household cleaning. Keep your jewellery sparkling with a polishing cloth or warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Store separately to avoid knocks and scratches.
Do you have a warranty policy?
Yes! Every piece is hand crafted and made to order just for you, allowing us to confidently guarantee your satisfaction with every piece and offer a 12-month warranty. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and does not cover loss or accidental loss or breakage. We may ask you to send a photograph to quickly assist with assessment.
Do you offer a repairs service?
So you can prolong the life of your most treasured piece, a repairs service is available for L.A Finery collection only. Please send an inquiry to start the process.
What is your returns policy?
As a made to order collection, we do not refund, however If you feel you would like a different style, we gladly exchange for another item of equal value.
To receive this offer you must:
Be in contact within 14 days of receiving
Return the item unworn and in original packaging
Contact LA Finery to start the process
* Please note, an exchange cannot be made on a customised order, worn or resized jewellery.
We are not liable for any loss or damage of items in return transit and recommend you keep the tracking number.
