About
With an extensive background in manufacturing and design as a trade qualified jeweller, completing formal training at Enmore Design Centre in 2000, Leah has spent the past 29 years honing her skills and honouring the craft of traditional jewellery making and gem setting techniques.
Carefully balancing life with practice, family and play, today Leah’s work is slowly released and deeply considered with a firm focus on how the work feels and melds with the movements of the wearer. Each element is meticulously crafted, individually soldered and finished by hand reflecting a refined/organic feel.
You will usually find interesting make marks left as part of her evolving process and as an ode to the physicality and hand made nature of the work.
Her collection is gradually building over time, and imagined with the wearer in mind, ensuring each piece is truly unique, whilst reflecting her values and commitment to sustainable practice.
Designed to be cherished throughout the years, loved and worn for all the days.
I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land, Awabakal and Worimi peoples, and pay our respects to the elders both past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia. We will always remember that here, where we create, was and always will be traditional Aboriginal land.
